Senior Consultant (m/f)

Your Responsibilities:

Responsible for the managing the bidding process for small and medium size projects and ensuring high quality proposals. Will lead medium to large size client engagements that can take several weeks to several months. Manage joint teams and have executive and customer project responsibility. Regularly provide the project team feedback and consistently and timely deliver high-quality projects. Apply extensive and deep knowledge of the subject area to consulting assignments, and develop a marketable consulting product/service offering element.  Prepare and deliver workshops and trainings, coach and advise junior colleagues and new employees regarding professional development. Maintain key client contacts, and contribute to the further development of his/her assigned project areas/units. Initiate and cultivate networking activities to facilitate the exchange of experiences, and take the initiative in expansion of managerial abilities and further professional development.

Your Profile:

Education:
Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field or foreign equivalent.

Experience:
Five years of experience in the job offered or in a management consulting or telecommunications business/development role.

Other Requirements:
• 4 years of experience in project acquisition and project management as a management consultant;
• 4 years of experience in analysis and solution development for business growth;
• 2 years of experience leading, or advising on/implementing a PMO (Project Management Office); 
• 2 years of experience managing teams of people;
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite including Excel and PowerPoint;
• Ability to travel up to 6 months per year.
